Your Role: More Than Just a Manager
As the Bar & Bottle Store Manager, you'll be serving takeaway drinks, crafting cocktails, and actively marketing our venue to the local area. It's a chance to put your unique stamp on the space and shape the direction of the business.

Requirements & Benefits
To be considered, you'll need proven experience in a high-end hospitality setting, preferably with bar experience. A strong knowledge of wines, spirits, and craft beers is a must, along with excellent customer service and communication skills.
The role also requires multitasking abilities, an RSA certification, and a passion for delivering exceptional service. WSET qualifications are preferred but not essential.
